Dr. W. Paul "Buddy" Crum, Jr. is a visionary leader and author with a heart to empower God's people in the marketplace. With a successful business background prior to becoming a pastor, Dr. Buddy Crum is uniquely qualified to help churches develop marketplace ministry that changes businesses, communities and ultimately, nations.

He serves on the Board of Governors of Christian International Ministries and is a member of the Board of Directors for Christian International Business Network. As president of the Marketplace Alliance Group, he now devotes most of his time empowering churches and business leaders for marketplace ministry.

Business
Before being ordained as a minister with Christian International in 1986, Buddy enjoyed a successful career as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, and organization consultant. As president of the Charter Capital Corporation in the 1970's, he was responsible for acquiring and managing a real estate portfolio valued at over $100 million. He served as senior V.P. and director of marketing for Financial Services Corporations, a national financial services company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with offices in 37 states. Prior to being sold to a Fortune 500 company, it was recognized as one of the largest and premier investment companies in the nation. In 1985, Dr. Crum founded Charter Management Consultants, a consulting firm specializing in helping entrepreneurs acquire capital through investment banking firms.

Education
W. Paul (Buddy) Crum is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia, Master of Business Administration from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia, and his Doctorate of Philosophy from Logos Graduate School. He also has a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Christian International Bible College and currently serves on the Board of Governor of Christian International.

Ministry
In 1986, he was ordained a minister with Christian International. In 1990, he became co-senior pastor of Life Center Family Church and director of Life Center Ministries, Inc., located in Dunwoody, Georgia. Along with his wife, Dr. Mary Crum, Dr. Crum helps church and business leaders discover their gifts of the spirit and destiny callings through individual consultations, workshops and conferences. He is an expert in the areas of team building, understanding personal purpose, empowering effective leaders, mentoring, developing potential and effective communication. Dr. Crum is president of Marketplace Alliance Group. He is a founding member of Christian International Business Network and founder of the Life Center Business Council, Life Center Business Cultivator and the International Christian Marketplace Alliance.
